No Show Policy

The ICBAT is a high-quality conference that depends on the presentations given during their parallel sessions, and discussion after the keynote talks. Authors-accepted papers who fail to present their paper leave a gap in the conference program, which is unacceptable for the conference audience.

Please take note that ICBAT has a strict policy on No-Show author. Therefore, if your paper is accepted by the Program Committee, at least one of the authors or a representative MUST REGISTER and PRESENT their paper in-person at the conference or online or by recording a full paper presentation.

Therefore, ICBAT reserves the right preclude authors who do not present their paper at the conference from:

  1. Having their papers published in any ICBAT publication (Proceedings / Special Issue Journals). Such papers will be archived by ICBAT but will not be indexed or appear in any ICBAT publication.
  2. Reclaiming / Refunding any paid fees
  3. Receiving conference and workshop certificates

If the authors have, or anticipate, unforeseen circumstances endangering or preventing the presentation, the Committee must be contacted immediately (30 days prior the conference date). Any alternative arrangements require approval by the committee.
